Hi, I'm Raksha

I am a governance consultant, an accredited coach (International Coaching Federation), and a Certified Director (SA) with over 25-years accumulated diverse corporate experience in executive leadership, governance and legal compliance, enterprise risk management and policy writing.

I have practiced as an attorney and hold various qualifications.

Through my company Governance@Work, I focus on supporting organisations to implement effective governance.  I do this through governance team development,  executive coaching, board and executive training as well as policy writing.

I also serve boards and am a subject matter trainer at the Institute of Directors, South Africa (IODSA).

Meeting Advisory Services

Pre and post meeting Governance / Compliance advisory services for those difficult and challenging matters.

We also evaluate and advise on the effectiveness and improvements of the existing structures.
